About Ben

Sometimes stress builds gradually over time, responsibilities pile up, and things slowly drift out of balance. Other times, a single painful or overwhelming event can upend everything at once. Both experiences are valid, and both deserve care and attention.

Ben is most experienced working with adults of all ages and teens. He focuses on offering both practical support and space for deeper reflection. At times that means addressing immediate concerns, other times it means slowing down and looking at long term patterns that continue to shape how you experience yourself and others. Ben will encourage movement at a pace that feels realistic, making room for both short-term relief and longer-term growth.

Ben commonly works with concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of the people he has worked with are used to being responsible, or supportive, of others and may struggle to ask for help or step out of those roles.

No one is meant to be an island, you don’t have to sort everything out on your own. He and you will start where you are and take it one step at a time.

Ben has completed all coursework for his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and is now working to complete his Practicum with Trilogy.

Ben is supervised by Jacqueline Faddler MS, LPCC along with his school supervisor at St. Thomas.
