Christa is currently enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program through Liberty University (Lynchburg, Virginia), and plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota. She enjoys studying the benefits of EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Parts Therapy, Attachment Theory, and the impact of nutrition on mental health.

Christa holds a B.A. in English Writing from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She is also certified CNHP (Certified Natural Health Professional) through Trinity School of Natural Health.
