The Counselors at Trilogy Counseling help those we support to change unhealthy ways of thinking. We find that with use of CBT, we can shift emotions, feelings and actions by assisting our clients with altering the way they think about things. By changing all of these areas clients have expressed feeling better about how they interact with others and the world.
