About Grace
Having a space to sit with oneself is an integral part of our well-being. The unexpected hurdles of daily life and the stress of past events often overshadow our sense of peace. Grace’s role is to hold a safe, consistent, and non-judgmental space where your story can unfold at your pace.

Grace is a practicum student working towards graduating with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is open to working with all concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, and day-to-day stress. The focus of sessions is centered on process over procedure, ensuring you have a space to feel heard without the pressure of an agenda. Grace incorporates techniques that explore underlying thought patterns as well as techniques that center on feeling over thinking. Whether you need to think through conflict or sit with the feeling, these sessions are a space where you can safely explore what works best for you. One step at a time, she is dedicated to meeting you wherever you are.
